We print our roll labels on a state-of-the-art £500k+ printer that uses cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional print quality, making it the best in its class for digitally printed stickers and labels. This advanced machine features seven ink stations, allowing us to print in standard CMYK plus white, as well as spot colours like orange, violet, and green, achieving up to 90% of Pantone colours. The HP Indigo’s unique digital offset process ensures perfect registration and unmatched detail, even for the tiniest text, resulting in vibrant, precise, and high-quality prints. This advanced printer allows us to produce incredibly fine details. We can even print minuscule text that requires a magnifying glass to read.
Digitally cut labels
Our advanced fleet of digital cutters allows us to produce custom cut labels on rolls, tailored to any shape and size without the need for expensive dies. This flexibility means we can accommodate any design requirement with precision and efficiency. Additionally, we offer the capability to slit the rolls to various sizes, perfectly suited to your needs. For those using automated labelling machines, we can also adjust the spacing of labels on the rolls to ensure seamless application on items such as bottles and cosmetic pots. This ensures optimal performance and convenience, whether for small batches or large production runs. Our cutters use sharp precision blades to cut the labels as apposed to lasers, which can cause the edges of your labels to burn or leave an unsightly white edge.
